1 AverageThe hotel and room were so bad, that we regretted the moment we stepped in. room was old, small, barely clean and don't even get me started on the noise. it is on the main road and you can hear honking throughout the day and night. bathroom was very small, with no place to stand and shower. there was complementary breakfast, which we did not want to avail looking at the poor hygiene of the place. corridors looked like they had never been cleaned for months. its not a 3 start hotel, could be worth 3/10. they put old photos in google and other hotel booking apps to cheat poor customers. please shutdown the hotel.Deepak K B, 18 Feb

3 GoodI dont suggest to stay in this hotel until you have no other option. bathroom is very very small. staff is not too good. charges for water bottle when asked for 3 occupancies but the bottle was only given 1. room is kinda good. not got the same room as shown. corridor is very bad.Prerna Gupta, 16 Jan

1 AverageUnfriendly service at front desk. dirty beds. our pillows looked liked they had been used for 30 years without being changed. mattress looked a bit iffy with bedbug action. they probably knew about a bug problem and sprayed some bug spray upon entering the room under the bed. cupboard shelves not dusted. noise from the main road will keep you entertained for hours at night. we booked two rooms, the other room had black mould growing on the walls and the odour in the room was unpleasant and overbearing. only plus of this hotel was the shower, good heat and pressure. i do not recommend this place.Angela, 24 Dec
