First they provide a room without tv and without proper cleaned, after complaining they change the room. no packaged water, no bath towels and toiletries.

After reading review about the hotel went with fear about the manager arun .but there is no such issues rooms are good best is the location in which the hotel is placed.inside the city with a fresh and good breeze of flower market makes the mood happy.medical shops are nearby,food is not a problem.

Very well maintained hotel and rooms. all the staff were very friendly and courteous. we arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. this was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.

When we walked into the hotel we were immediately given a warm welcome which was particularly nice after travelling so far. our room was very comfortable. the restaurant was superb and the staff could not do enough for us. food was very good and the choice was amazing.

Rooms were a good size and nicely furnished. it was very quiet, barely any noise from outside except for the occasional wedding nearby. the bed was excellent quality, i slept well the whole trip. also as a solo female traveler, i felt very safe and comfortable.
