FabExpress Apple Grand

I don't prefer this hotel (fab express apple grand) for stay to family, worst bed, bedsheet, pillows. air conditioner working but full of dust inside it. hot water switch is not working need to ask reception for switch on. totally waste of money here. reception person is nice, gave proper response when asked for anything.

One of the standout features of my stay was the exceptional service. the staff went above and beyond to ensure that i felt welcomed and taken care of. whether it was providing recommendations for local attractions or assisting with any requests, their hospitality made a significant difference.

We enquired with the sales person who is co ordinating for the room booking. he is hardly professional and speaking unparliamentary words with us. even we could not able to bare the words which he spoke and the experience with him is undoubtedly worst

I had booked for fab hotels karpagam, booking was confirmed, but property owner refused to give the room. i reached fab hotels service desk, so they allotted another of fab hotels nearby, but the replacement room which apple grand showed was close to nothing. eventually i was asked to pay some extra money so that a better room could be given. this organized scam should be stopped don't book with the name of fab hotels, but instead all the properties shown by fab hotels are available to book separately. don't go with the booking via fab hotels please.

The hotel management team is very responsible to their work. they treat the customers with respect and supporting us incase of any issues.. overall experience was good

Terrible experience with fab hotels i booked a stay with them 3 days in advance, receiving confirmation even on the morning of our check-in. my husband, our 3-month-old baby, and i were driving from chennai to coimbatore and arrived at the hotel around 8 pm after a long journey. that afternoon, i was informed that our originally booked hotel was under maintenance, and they arranged accommodation at another property. after confirming this with mr. pulkit from customer care, we arrived only to find that they had booked a single room instead of the one we had requested. they demanded extra payment for a deluxe room. despite the inconvenience caused by their mistake, they suggested we cancel our booking and find another place to stay. after a lengthy argument, mr. chandrasheker, a senior staff member, finally arranged for us to stay without additional charges. the room we were given was small, poorly maintained, and smelled strongly of naphthalene balls. the bed was uncomfortable, making our stay extremely unpleasant, especially with a baby. i would never recommend fab hotels to anyone based on this awful experience.
