Terrible experience with fab hotels i booked a stay with them 3 days in advance, receiving confirmation even on the morning of our check-in. my husband, our 3-month-old baby, and i were driving from chennai to coimbatore and arrived at the hotel around 8 pm after a long journey. that afternoon, i was informed that our originally booked hotel was under maintenance, and they arranged accommodation at another property. after confirming this with mr. pulkit from customer care, we arrived only to find that they had booked a single room instead of the one we had requested. they demanded extra payment for a deluxe room. despite the inconvenience caused by their mistake, they suggested we cancel our booking and find another place to stay. after a lengthy argument, mr. chandrasheker, a senior staff member, finally arranged for us to stay without additional charges. the room we were given was small, poorly maintained, and smelled strongly of naphthalene balls. the bed was uncomfortable, making our stay extremely unpleasant, especially with a baby. i would never recommend fab hotels to anyone based on this awful experience.

Rooms were good but not safety for girls and worst staffs and they said morning food was complimentary (we paid for food )but they never provided food worst hotel pls don't see the photos and book the rooms

It is zero star fab hottels, they will hundred percent chet peoples. first i booked hotel and paid the amount. when i went to hotel there is no power, no ac. you know great thing fab hotels washroom should be shared that to deluxe room. then i contacted customer care they told collect money from hotel management. that hotel management is not good. so worst experience with fab hotels. i suggest not to go with fab hotels. thank you for worst experience with fab hotels.

Worst experience.. i have never had anything like this before.... no ac working, no heater working.. bed also very very dirty.. no proper response from hotel management and fab management side also.. not worthy to this rate.. i paid 2400 around.. please dont book this hotel.. many hotels are there better than this ...
