Amazing service at the front desk by the manager and the staff. kind and respectful behaviour. room that i stayed was small but cozy and nice. the staff were really nice and provided me with a small desk for my laptop so that i could work. location is superb. just beside city center mall and very close to marina beach.

It was a very pleasant stay with pas residency fab hotels. they served me really well and the location is quite opposite to city centre where we spent their lot of leisure time.thanks fab for finding this wonderfull residency to stay peacefully. thanks

I stayed with my family of 3 for one night on 8th february, 2025. very cramped room. the picture shows a double bed and one single bed for 3 people. but upon arrival, we were give 2 single beds and one extra bed to sleep in the floor the linen was dirty, pillow covers were dirty and torn. for 3 people only one dirty towel was given. when i slept in the bed......it was itching all over my body. when we entered the reception, it was smelling with a strong rodent spray. overall a very unpleasant experience. more over they charged rs.2494 for a night for this kind of service. very much disappointed. for booking online, they take us for a ride by showing good pictures of the services offered. it is a sham.

We had a very comfortable stay. staff was helpful.

1) the front picture of building is clearly photoshopped, you can see it on google maps. instead, the hotel is located between two slums - one completely abandoned and the other partially. 2) the room was full of cockroaches and mosquitoes, especially toilet. about the last we had no idea where they were coming from since we did not open the window. it turned out that the cockroaches and mosquitoes came from ventilation shaft which seemed located on the side of the abandoned house. it seemed like a not a big deal until yesterday when i had gone to toilet and heard a rat scream in the other side of the shaft. ran out because of that reason. my mom got even a roach on her bed. 3) the beds did not have the colourful top sheets shown in pictures and the water boiler was not working, it was broken. yesterday we asked reception and cleaning lady three times to clean the room and change bedsheets, we were away all day and thought not to disturb them to do it. we asked to change bedsheets because they were full of brown and red-ketchup like spots , not clean at all. we came home around 11:30pm and nothing was done, floor dirty, sheets not changed, rubbish bin still full. overall, all the 3 days were without room service, there was not even a hair fan and warm water, so we are not sure it counts as a 3 star hotel?? 4) when we arrived we had to ask for towels since of the two beds there was only one towel, not even for hands in toilet.
