The room is not clean. bedsheet is torn. cockroach was roaming around in the room.

Very bad experience.
poor reception service,
even deluxe and premium room were not clean (actually very dirty)
maintenance work was going on at 12.30 at night which was very disturbing, when i said to stop the noise then staff treated very rudely.
they charged money for breakfast but breakfast was not available till 8 am.
bedsheets of very low quality.
bathroom handle was broken.
no electric kettle inside the room.
during checkout when we demanded bill they said we will send you on whatsapp or email (didn't provided hardcopy on the spot)
even no security guard in the hotel.
but the owner was very honest, we forgot our gold ring in the room, and when we called to them after 4 hours, they gave us back without any problem.
they charged 2200 rupees for stay but it actually worth 1000 rupees.

Had the worst stay ever!
the staff was very rude. they did responded even to the basic requests after asking them many times.
the room was not as shown in the picture and was very small for triple occupency.
further we booked hotel le monarque and were subsequently shifted to absolute comfort over covid concerns in that hotel(as told by customer care executive) however on enquiry we got to know the hotel is closed since 8 months.
extra matress for triple occupency was provided at 2 am after so many requests.
we ordered breakfast at 8 am and told hotel staff previous night that we will have to leave max at 9.15, even that was not provided until 9 am.
we asked for towels as well and those were also recieved at 9 and due to this one of us had to leave without bathing.

Worst hotel by fab . third grade service. better do not book any fab hotel.. unhygienic / no proper breakfast/ toilet unclean / third grade amenities. had complained to customer service , no response. breakfast third grade and unhygienic and was not to clients choice. only 4 option for breakfast. curtains blood stain, toilet not cleaned. curtains not washed for last 6 months. staff on duty was having running nose and cough and at this present situation they send such staff to room for service. sofa not clean. room no 102.

that's my falt sorry to say to fab coustomer care and the onwer of this fab company ur coustomer is verry poor and were i stay yesterday verry bad and durty and soluthion smelling all at hotel

The hotel was small, but at good location. found that in the small corridor staff used to seat and eat, office was beside, little noisy during the day, service part was good quick delivery of food. reception staff was coordinating well. there was a south indian restaurant down stairs which located to grab quick food. rest as per hotel standard quite good, room service was not available after 23:00 pm to 7:00 am. over all good stay.
