Room was not clean. towels were dirty and while we went out of our room someone went inside we felt. he kept the lift open so that no one can enter upstairs. it was on top floor. as we came suddenly after calling multiple times he went down and he forgot to switch off the tv which was not running even we didn’t switched on the tv. so it was clear one hotel staff boy was there in our room. hotel was not at all clean. it is like dharamshala. very unhealthy we felt.

Staff at the restaurant was really friendly. i really liked the hospitality they provided and make our trip more comfortable.

I have recently visited the hotel during 30th dec 2024. the rooms were little different and old as per the photographs shared with compact washroom. so can feel little different. but the staff service was great. they were helpful and courteous. they helped in arranging all stuff on time. overall good stay at that price.

Please do not choose this hotel at any cost. we had worst experience as we had to move out within 30 minutes of checkin. we paid around rs.1600 for a room which had very hard surface mattress, non working ac, used bedding, hairs all around the bed, noisy fan. they already had 2 better rooms available still they gave us this room. we had small baby with us, still they dis nit care. please do not go in this hotel at all.
