1 Average"i had an absolutely terrible experience at this hotel. the staff was shockingly arrogant and treated guests with complete indifference. from the moment i checked in, i felt unwelcome and ignored. simple requests were met with rude responses, and the level of unprofessionalism was astounding. the service was appallingly poor—rooms were not cleaned properly, amenities were missing, and any attempt to ask for assistance was brushed off as if we were an inconvenience. it's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority here. i would never recommend this hotel to anyone. save your money and stay elsewhere—this place doesn’t deserve your businessAnkit Gour, 28 Dec

2 AverageI stayed for 5 days. for those 5 days there was no wifi and no hot water in the morning. they said hot water is available till morning 8am. they are expecting to taake bath before 8 in winters. however when asked for hot water after 8 there staff arranged from somewhere. for breakfast they will only give poha and bread butter when insisting for other options they arranged aloo paratha. rooms are not cleaned properly even bedsheets have so many stains on it. cockroaches inside the room. overall i would like to give only 2 starts.Samina Husain, 14 Dec
