1 AverageWorst experience. room was dirty, looked like they haven’t cleaned after the last guests left. condition of toilet was terrible. none of the doors( room and bathroom) could be closed unless you apply your full force. lobby and floors look abandoned.Richard David, 15 Aug

1 AverageThe place was fully booked even after having a confirmed and fully paid booking. they sent us to another place and then another with mediocre rooms saying they can't accept local ids even though it was mentioned that they do. the final place had a very bad service and customer support keep disconnecting calls saying no response. they didn't even bother keeping a soap in washroom, leave alone anything else. never going to book a fabhotel ever, worst experience from hotel and fabhotels both.Aman Khare, 26 Apr

4 Very GoodThe room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. they were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. the hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.Sadab Urf Golu, 17 Jan

5 FabulousVery well maintained hotel and rooms. all the staff were very friendly and courteous. we arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. this was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.Mobin, 25 Feb
