1 AverageI booked executive room form 27th to 29th july and my booking id is bikuko but when i reached the hotel the executive rooms were not vacant and we were given normal room from 11am to 4pm then the room which was given in the name of executive the ac also not working properly was doing and neither the room was right, the lights were also cut a lot, the hotel staff also talk very rudely. at the time of booking hotel, feb executive said that breakfast will be provided in buffer system but nothing was found there, nor has any support been received from feb hotel.Bittu Kumar Yadav, 29 Jul

5 FabulousFood was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful. due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. same was provided promptly without any extra charge. good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarianChander Pal Sharma, 5 Oct

5 FabulousThe room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. they were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. the hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.Anil Rana, 30 Aug

1 AverageThe location is wrong. then the hotel was not having any board of fab hotel. the photos and reality have stark difference. the hotel staff was rude and unprofessional. if i could give zero rating i would have given that. all in all , i expected better from fab hotel. but it was terrible at the best. thank you.Sudeep, 13 Dec
