Wonderful stay at hotel sunshine regency.good management by fab . tnq so much for staff they gives many options for visiting bhopal. and room was neat and clean and spacious as well . at the end everything was perfect.

As you and hotel have submitted the photos of rooms are totally different, room are not maintained, very smelling, not clean , staff are kind and helpful but not professional, i have asked them but didn't do room cleaning and changeg of bed sheet, towels, as i wished for room and services were not in reality. kindly improve and maintain the rooms

Worst customer service ever! all rooms are dirty. bed sheets and blankets are not washed properly. dust and dirt are all over the place no matter how many times i have changed the rooms. they don’t have telephones in every room. i have to call through my cellphone if water is not running through the taps or if i need to order food. however, they still don’t provide services on single call. i have to call 3-4 times then they will provide me the services.

The hotel location is near a garbage dump. it is located in a old building, with front finishing, smelly place. the rooms are dingy, no ventilation, toilets have no exhaust system. you will suffocate. food is over priced, vey average, cannot eat a second meal. no parking, frequented by local goons, receptionist is not aware of any thing.
