This small hotel situated in danish nagar. i went to meet my friend who was staying at his hotel. they don't have a parking area even for a bike. i'm not much aware by the area so, i parked my bike infront of hotel. once a man i guess he will be owner scolded me and misbehaved and said don't park here in rudely manner. first time outside of family anyone behaved me like this . this the worst experience i ever faced.

Rooms not well maintained bathroom was really really bad walls had cracks, doors and windows broken not at all as good as it appears to be

I had the worst experience of my life. here are the list of problems i had faced at hotel sugar cube. 1) room size is very small. it was around 80 sq.ft. only bed can fit in the room. 2) no hot water. they even don't have immersion rod with them. they rely on only solar water heater and in rainy and winter, only god can save you. 3) rooms are very dirty. they don't even provide dustbin. 4) rooms and bathroom don't have cloth hanger. 5) they charge you extra for water. 6) at the end, during check out they say that they have not received payment from agoda/oyo and ask you the money for room and you have pay that and settle with agoda. so, book the hotel at your risk. i booked the room from agoda

Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

Food was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful. due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. same was provided promptly without any extra charge. good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian
