    When u book a hotel under a known brand like fabhotels, you tend to have some basic expectations of decent may be even above par service quality. and not meeting thosr bare minimum is a disgrace for the brand and a bad experience for the clients. i booked fabhotel lepsin inn primarily due to two reasons, it was a known brand and 2, it was close to wear i had to visit in bangalore. little did i know that i was in for multiple rude shocks. starting with the reception, it is nothing like the pictures they post on website, its shabby, and badly kept. then the rooms. we were directed to room 303. the door was red and dusty, i kept my fingers crossed for a better inside. the room was again unlike the pictures. the fridge was dirty (pictures attached). the floor looked like it hadnt been cleaned with spots all over,. the door was dusty and cobwebbed even from the inside. the shelf in the bathroom was dirty and stained. we tried to use the glass in the room for serving cold drink onlynto discover that it too was stained, unwashed and dirty. the only saving grace were clean bed sheets. the tv was also not working, and there was no hot water. but the highest point of frustration was the breakfast. the room booking included breakfast (of course at an extra cost). since we had to leave early in the morning, i had word with the reception staff to set expectations of an early breakfast at 7:45, which was to be delivered to the room. at the said time, i called up to be told it would be served at 9. i reminded them.that we had asked for an early breakfast. i called again to be told that the main guy was sleeping and had forgotten to pay the staff to get breakfast. effectively no breakfast was being ordered. i had little time to argue or debate so i stepped out for a quick meal, came back and then checked out. there was still no main staff at the reception, and obviously no apology in sight. my extra payment for breakfast remains a contention. its a surprise that a brand like fabhotels is even associated with this place. the overall experience is bad, and i would not recommend this place to anyone who has high standard of cleanliness and a decent standard of service.

    Very bad experience.. we have booked the room and also the advance is also given.. but at the checkin time they told no rooms available and it will take 5 hours for the room to be ready.. very worst experience

    The rooms were pre booked from 12 noon..but when we reached there at around 10pm , they said that there is a water issue hence we will need to move to a different hotel around 2km...we then moved there...but no communication was given to the other hotel and we had to wait for another 45min in the reception untill we got a room, it was manned by a very old man who didnt know head and tail . this hotel was smaller and much cheaper than the booked one...so it amounts to plain cheating. when we went back next day , we realised that there is over booking done and the water issue was an excuse...very bad professionalism...avoid fab wherever possible...just the name is fab , rest everything is bad..never again...#fabcheating . i would demand a full refund as i have not stayed there at all

    Had gone to blore for my kid's interview at christ university, so had pre booked online after seeing a few reviews...ok location was very close to christ university back gate, rooms were ok, quiet, clean bedsheets , towels , etc , ac was working well but not the tv, bathroom was ok, water n all and clean...they had promised breakfast, but both days no one was at the counter to follow up, so we ended up eating outside, lots of eateries around with lots of options. special mention for manoj , the manager, who was quite cooperative but sadly was understaffed managing everything....overall an ok experience, if ur bench mark is not too high...dr albert , from greater noida , u.p.

    The location is actually perfect,we choose this hotel as it was close to christ university where our son was taking admission.they allow early check in and late check out with additional hour rate .the manager was very cooperative but he had very few staff and was difficult for him to manage but overall visit was good . many thanks to the manager

    Food was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful. due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. same was provided promptly without any extra charge. good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian
