The room lacked basic amenities, and cleanliness standards were subpar. the air conditioning unit was non-functional, with missing blades and no remote control. there was also no fan regulator. essential toiletries were not provided, and the towels were visibly dirty. overall, it was an uncomfortable and unsatisfactory experience. i would not recommend staying at this hotel.

The breakfast spread was impressive, and the staff was courteous and always ready to assist. the budget prices were a great value for the quality of service provided. the seamless check-in and checkout process made everything hassle-free. additionally, the hotel's location was central, making it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers.

There was the water leakage from the ac we did the complaint regarding the leakage at the afternoon 2pm and asked for the room change but they didnt fix the ac leakage proper at the night 1am again the water coming from the ac and again i asked for the room change but they denied it.

I like the room and the staff is very polite and helpful specially when you are firstcomer and later also.i dont feel i am away from home when i am actually away from home. in my view this is the best room i ever stayed for the price paid . 10 out of 10 from my side.

Went for vfs biometric at gopalan innovation mall for visa purposes. couldn't have asked for a better location in terms of closeness and residential. well connected by uber. nice veg restaurant in the vicinity.
