2 AverageOur stay at this place was not pleasant. as soon as we entered the room 102, we found a lizard and there were cockroaches under the telephone and in the bathroom. also there were no pillows provided and we had to request and get it. we came to know the in house restaurant was not functioning since covid but the website did not have this information. the reception staff were not ready to accept our feedback and were only defensive saying they always maintain cleanliness which was not the case during our stay. they cleaned the room the next day only after we complained. the bathroom had broken locks and the screws were coming out, the wash basin strainer was broken and the taps and other fittings were rusty and in poor condition. the place had not at all been maintained properly. we will not stay here next time unless there is some improvement.Vipin Rahul, 23 Sep

3 GoodWash rooms are with refurbished fittings...leaking, tight, rusty...toilet seat is very high from floor, flushing not working properly...towels are soiled, room given bad smell, ac works and effective but noisey continously..Srinivasan Sadasivam, 14 Sep

4 Very GoodNeed to improve service of toilet, door was not getting closed, toilet flush continuously leaking and bum shower was leaking, notjing to hang clothes in bathroom, exaust in bathroom was not working, first day handover, no cover around dustbin was there and also cupboard without handle was difficult to handle. ac was little noisy while starting ac after that was okParam Veer Singh, 10 Sep

1 AverageI would need negative or zero rating for this hotel. my nightmares after my recent visit. negative: 1. there are lot of cockroaches in the room 2. dead cockroaches are smashed against wall 3. ice came out of working ac 4. flush in the bathroom is not working and maintainance is worst 5. wifi was not working 6. yellowish towel were provided 7. drinking water, sampoo, toilet paper and body wash was not provided 8. towel hanger in bathroom is rusty soft beds, i don't like it. positive: friendly staff. its near ecospace and don't fall for this trap. 11th may 24, what feeback i need to provide? please take necessary action on my feedback provided above.Surya, 10 May
