FabHotel Shreyas Inn

It was a terrible experience with hotel shreyas inn. stay away as there is nothing good about this place. documenting the horrifying experience i had to go through: 1. the ac remote was non-functional. i had to use the chair to climb up and switch on/off the ac. 2. shocked to see a big cockroach in the bathroom sitting on the commode. 3. there was absolutely no water pressure in the taps and you would have to spend hours trying bathing. the water flow suddenly stops when you need it the most :) you have to wait for 5 mins before it starts flowing again. god knows whats happening in this hotel. 4. the shower in the bathroom doesn't work. the taps are either rusted or broken. the entire bathroom was very shabby. 4. you cannot contact the reception from your room. the phone kept in the room is just a show piece and doesn't work. 5. the bedsheets are torn and are pale black in colour. you are better off sleeping on the floor. what a waste of money it was booking this hotel for 2k!

Basic basic rooms. tv not working . even after complaining.dth recharge not done. towel was in the condition which is before tide washing powder was used ….(pale brown). bathroom was not basic . plastic tap. less water flow. flush in closet was flimsy and slow in terms of water flow . untidy bucket and mug. no electric kettle. no hanger in wardrobe . the only 2 benefit was the property location and the udupi hotel at the ground level . you can opt if you don’t have any options / last min plan/ no other way / better than stying at platform . these hotels started taking travellers for granted !!!!

The hotel is not accepting prepaid online bookings due to their internal payment issues. though i had booked online through mmt, i had to wait for almost an hour. better to contact the hotel before making bookings to avoid last minute embarrassment. other than that i did not observe any adverse feature.

The services at the hotel feel quite outdated, and the overall quality of the stay was not very comfortable. the setup appeared poorly maintained, with elements like pillow covers seemingly unwashed, which was off-putting. additionally, i noticed water supply issues in the utility area, which further affected the experience. given the price point of nearly ₹1.8k, the hotel does not meet expectations. it feels more like an below average budget hotel in terms of upkeep. to enhance the guest experience, they should consider renovating their bedding and blanket setups, as well as installing a booster pump to resolve water pressure problems. that said, the lack of other airbnb options nearby and the building’s strategic location and hotel benith the stay are definite advantages. however, these factors alone are not enough to justify the current state of the facilities. there’s significant potential for improvement, and addressing these issues could add great value for future guests.

The food and service was excellent

The guys working there aren’t service oriented. most importantly, the rooms were dirty, the bed sheets were dirty. the flow of water in the washrooms is slow and you end up spending 45 mins. of busy morning in the bathroom washroom alone. the shower was peeing water. the health faucet also pees water and there was no flow. the flush didn’t work to its fullest potential and i ended up taking water in a bucket and pouring inside. they didn’t even give me an alternate room. they have like gundas with a smile. the room door couldn’t be locked properly from outside. it’s a pathetic place to book rooms for the money you pay for a night. the room is worth just 500 and not 1800.
