2 AverageThe room size is too small. the interior of the room should renovate . in the photo it looks like a big and fancy room. complimentary food is also not unlimited. but food is high quality proportional to price. if you need good food choose it . if you are ok with small rooms choose it. don't expect the same thing in the photo . you will never get it. the toilets are clean but not neat. identified hair in the room. sometimes it's smelly. food eating outside and eating inside is having a difference of 43 percent. eg : vada , 35 rs outside room but inside it cost 50 rs.Glen Orenge, 15 Sep

2 AverageFirstly i had booked for twin bed room but they just gave us a room with double bed. during our week stay, they didn't even bother to give service (cleaning) to our room. the staff only knew kannada that made it difficult to tell them anything. the bathroom switch gave a shock & inspite of informing them , they didn't even bother to change the switch. the room had only one tubelight that was so deem. the ac in the room was defective which only have sound. lastly even the door knob was so lose that anyday it would come off if pulled with force. thoroughly disappointed with the hotel & staff itself.Lourdes M. 1 AverageThey looted extra money from us. saying you have to book directly to us instead of booking through customer care. they snatched our luggages and demanded 400 rupees extra. only after we paid they returned our luggage and allowed us to check out. big looters and no respect to customer.Madhumaty Kishore, 23 Nov

5 FabulousRooms were a good size and nicely furnished. it was very quiet, barely any noise from outside except for the occasional wedding nearby. the bed was excellent quality, i slept well the whole trip. also as a solo female traveler, i felt very safe and comfortable.Neeraj Kumar, 30 Sep
