I booked hotel from 12am to 11am. at 9am i asked them to clean washroom a little bit. he told that if i extend my stay, then only he will clean it. i told i will complain for you. then he came immediately. they did not give me breakfast also. i asked for all out, that also he did not give. room was good but people were bad.

Food was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful in my hotel. due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. same was provided promptly without any extra charge. good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian

This property is now a scam, it was used to be a good place to stay. now rooms are reserved for some other purpose and we have been informed that there are no rooms available even if we had a pre-booking confirmation. behaviour of receptionist was not good, he asked additional money to get us a room quickly. avoid if possible

The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. they were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. the hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.
