FabHotel Royal Grand

I hope the fab hotel top management reads this and makes an enquiry into the working of this hotel. we had booked this hotel for a stay of 2 nights last week. upon arrival the front desk gave us a room which was not cleaned after the last checkout. the linens were dirty and had shed hair from previous use. we had to stand outside the room while they replaced the sheets and cleaned the room. the bed was the most uncomfortable mattress i have ever slept on. i still have the soreness in my back from spending 2 nights sleeping on it. spring matress is old and sagging in places but the hotel management still hasn't done anything to replace them. the rooms are quite conjusted, but if travelling alone you can make do. if travelling family, then the rooms are not comfortable enough due to lack of space. bathroom is clean enough and spacious.. on the 2nd day morning i gave the room key to the front desk and requested for a cleaning. to my shock they had not done it even when we returned in the evening! we had to wait outside the room for the 2nd time while they cleaned the room, again. on top of all this, the hotel owner is so greedy that he wanted us to pay full amount for the entire stay upfront, even though i had paid advance amount online while booking. the desk clerk kept giving us some excuse about how the app won't let him check us in without full payment. i refused and only paid at the end of checkout, i recommend you do the same also. i paid around inr 1500 including gst per night and they don't stock any water bottles or snacks. any food or drink ordered through the hotel phone will have a premium over the mrp coz they had to travel to nearby store and buy the items you asked for. overall my experience with this budget stay was horrendous. recommended only if you're travelling alone to bangalore. ps: we also found a bug in between the sheets.photo attached.

Hotel staff and management are outstanding, i would definitely like to stay next time

There was a problem with hot water. and they did not bother to fix it until we forced for refund. even after that one guy came after one hour with portable geyser and stood in bathroom for half an hour to heat the water also so much noise from staff all night

They denied us rooms on spot after taking advance of 3000rs and now are not refunding it, and have stopped picking up calls. i need immediate action

Horrible experience. we called a month in advance to book and called site a day before to confirm as well. travelled more than 500km only to be told that they are sold out and didn’t have rooms for us. early morning as a group of girls in a new place this was a very scary experience. horrible place, disgusting staff, not recommended to anyone. site manager was extremely nonchalant, did not care of his mistake at all. please do not visit this place
