First of all rude faces . no work ethic , disgusted as oh some one came we need to assist kind of . 1629 for a over night stay and pathetic amenities , wifi worst than 2g , tv was broken , geyser was not working . even after informing didn't got any help . 1200 budget we have better amenities providing stays . welcoming nature and polite behaviour . worst of all time . evn oyo reception are not responsive and well manner . cockroaches all over the bed and cupboard

Hopeless service..rooms r not clean..lot of cocroaches, broken tv , wifi was too slow..there was no soap in the toilet i regret booking this hotel..i will never recommend this place to anyone..fab hotels u guys have to check all the hotels tied up with u to make sure ur customers r happy ..

The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. they were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. the hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.

The hotel was very centrally located..... our stay was short but very pleasant.... . the room and facilities were excellent with a luxurious bathroom.... he staff was especially hospitable and friendly.... would not hesitate to come back....
