1 Average**title:** "terrible experience - denied check-in despite prepayment" i booked a stay at ivory pearl through the fabhotel app, prepaid the full amount, and arrived expecting a smooth check-in. however, the receptionist claimed i paid less and demanded additional money. when i refused, she outright denied check-in, saying i must pay directly to the hotel. this is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. if fabhotel allows such behaviour, it undermines customer trust. i had to scramble for alternative arrangements, causing immense inconvenience. think twice before booking here!Nithya Thevar, 13 Dec
