Denied room despite a successful booking made through fab hotels app. the pictures shown in app are of suite rooms but when you arrive there they will offer you standard room saying this is what is booked ...completely fraud and worst staff behaviour especially the one at the reception...also the room had malfunctioned geyser where water was leaking continuously from it and air conditioning was also very poor and staff is completely negligent about the guests

Sharing my feedback about my 15-day stay here: location: the hotel is situated in a good location with a nice road view. there’s a udupi restaurant on the ground floor, but it’s quite expensive to dine there. laundry service: no laundry services were provided during my stay.

We did pre booking 1 month prior but they did cancel and gave to others without our knowledge/notification to us.i would never suggest this.staff is non professional.

Excellent service provided by the hotel staff. especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. me and family really liked the hotel, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting here
