Too many mosquitoes on the property, i had to plug the bottom the my room door with a cloth to stop them from entering.

They stay and room was the best but the room services boy we need call him 4 to 5 time for room services then only he used to come i want to say that improve the room services

Very disappointed, went by the brand fab, the rooms don't feel good, spacious but still suffocating. maintenance is not proper, electrical switches are broken or out of place, the bathroom has molds, taps and faucets are just in usable condition. the beds creak and the mattresses are soggy and uncomfortable. the only advantage is location. overall miserable.

The most pathetic experience for anyone. do not book this hotel, they are going to harrass you. unhygienic rooms and zero hospitality. they charged me extra for 1 day when i did not stay for that day and over that they also made me wait for an hour post my check-in time to assign the room. the lobby is on 1st floor they did not help me bring my luggage from the main road till the lobby i had to climb stairs with my luggage by myself. in my 1 weeks stay they kept on reversing the same bedsheet, they did not clean the room for 3 continuous days, they did not give me water bottles for 3 continuous days, worst hygiene ever. because of an urgent work i had to extend my booking for 3 more days which was paid and confirmed via goibibo portal. they denied my extended check-in and forced me to checkout from the room in the last minute when i was heading to my office, despite of the fact that i already had a fully paid and confirmed booking with their hotel from goibibo for 3 extended days. they stated that they have ended tie-ups with online booking portals. the staff and the hotel owners are extremely unprofessional they do not have etiquette to deal with and talk to the customers. the hotel owner harassed me over the phone stating that he will throw my luggage out of the room and keep it in lobby if i dnt checkout inspite of me having a paid confirmed room booking. a perfect scam i must say. i am a frequent traveller but i must say this booking was the worst selection ever. do not fall prey of this hotel. try to refrain from booking this hotel.

Very bad experience. breakfast was so bad that we had to skip it. there was no room service or anything . the ac and tv doesn't work properly. there was this weird sound coming from ac. they also charged us extra service charge.

I stayed in this property from 08-07-2024 to 12-07-2024 rooms was big toilet was neat and clean. tv set top box was not recharged. i have taken breakfast add on but options are less for breakfast and only one item will be served. overall stay was fine
