2 AverageToiletries were not given initially. when we asked for it they gave 2 soap and 1 shampoo. they said they dont have toothpaste toothbrush etc. they said breakfast is not included in the booking were it clearly shows in booking.com its included. we went outside and had breakfast and then they called and said breakfast was included and will give after 8.30 am. overall bad experience.Manu George, 16 Sep

1 AverageFirst i i checked in corporate crown the room was not clean and bad smell in wash room's. later i spoke to custome support and changed the hotel to crown heights. but when i enter the crown heights the reception was very rood! he dont know local language and he doesn't knw english too, he not even given respect to me. i disappointed and again i spoke to customer support later the person apologizes for that, then today morning i was checked in reception to get the complementary breakfast, no body was there and i disappointed very much i kept the room card in the reception and i left. this is first time i am staying n fab hotels very worst experience.Tulsi, 11 Nov

1 AverageThis has to be one of the worst hotel i have stayed in. i stayed with my parents and the room was unclean, toilet pipes were faulty, ac wasnt working well and moreover everything and anything about the place is unacceptable. i had booked for 2 days and i left with 1 day pending. fab hotels didn't refund my amount even when i asked them right after checking in. never using fab hotels again.Jibin Jose, 28 Sep

5 FabulousThis will be my got to place when i wanna stay in bangalore.their hospitality was amazing and staff are very kind.i should mention about the manager mr.gaurav who has helped us with early check-in. the place is very safe and secured to stay. they provide 24/7 services. this is just the best. you guys can check it out when y’all visit bangalore.thank you fab hotels for a peaceful stay.Hassain B, 6 Mar

5 FabulousStaff here is very cooperative. mr. ashok senior manager was very cooperative throughout my 3 4 nights of stay. and a great appreciation to mr. alam mr. taj guides me for the whole bangalore trip and they are very jolly in nature so had a great time with them too. great work. one of the best fab hotel experience i ever had thanks to the staff of fabhotel. keep up the good work.Pallav Aneja, 18 Jan
