Pathetic experience. very old hotel and not maintaining well. rooms are not clean and hygienic. broken doors, dusty smell. reception side 2 boys gave room in terrace at first and after an argument they gave room in second floor which is also below average with conditions i mentioned above. fabhotels should not include this hotel in their group. i moved to another hotel in morning.

I stayed in room 303: terrible smell of drain and mold; black mold in bathroom,that's very unhealthy to breath in.
also noisy ac and ceiling fun.

Stayed in this hotel from mid march to first week of april'17. price is reasonable. it is very clean and tidy. but lots and lots of mosquitoes!!!
noticed lots of arguments fights on the b/f table as they were not allowed to serve more than one portion e.g. if one idli is served, you cannot ask for more, then it would be charged. if anyone wants milk they would say will charge 35 inr extra for milk. (people who do not drink tea or coffee) other thing i noticed that there was lots of demand for cornflakes for b/f which they didn't had.
yes, was disturbed by my sleep @ the middle of night till early morning because the next room customer kept banging doors and fighting and crying upon complaining to the reception it was stopped for a while but then started again. here what i want to point out is that you have a restrictions for basic things like not to eat food in the room or have drinks in the room, why can't you instruct the customer while checking in not to make noise specially late in the night??
when they came to clean the room, after the mop the room was stinking like hell... when asked, can't you change the mop? the answer was like: we asked for it but management is not providing...
you are not supposed to have food in the room nor have drinks in the room. why do people go and stay in the room? to look at the bed, curtains?? cable was not working after several reminder they recharged it. hot water was a main concern for me , no hot water at all in some of the rooms. bdw mosquito problems are in the passage the moment you open the room door it comes in.
staffs are wonderful kind and polite, juggling between customer and management!! they were lost, they didn't know what to do? i thought they were very very helpless!!!
i will end this comment with a nice note: nagma rahul chintu kawsar pradeep sanam & hussain prakash all these staffs were very kind and polite and helpful! they are the real asset to your organisation. overall had a pleasant stay as i am not a big eater but yes was bit upset with mosquitoes and cold water..

We stayed here last week.the exact date is 22nd april 2017 i booked the fabhotel corporate crown koramangala by calling the fabhotel customercare.at that time i clearly mentioned that we are 4 adults and 2 kids of 5 year each.they send me the payment link of half amount of total tarrif as advance.at the same time i made the payment through my debit card.the checkin time mentioned by the customercare executive is 11am with complementory breakfast.we reached the hotel by 10.am and waited half an hour. by 10.30 they give us room. one room is soo small like a store room.another one is a normal room,but having two split beds.they told that afternoon they will give one bigroom by chaging the small the room.at afternoon they told that they were no checkouts today so they will change the room by tommorow morning.at that time i asked for two extra beds for each rooms.they agreed that they will provide extra bed at night.but at night when i asked for exttra bed,they told that they have no extra beds please corporate with them.(corporate crown name says it all).next day morning at the time of breakfast,they told that they provide only 4 masala dosas, that means they ill not provide food for kids.we shared the 4 masala dosas and 4 egg omelettes they served .after this incident iam not at all comfortable to stay there anymore. so i go to receiption and told that we are checking out.at that time they are complelling me to pay the amount for the next day too. the staff are very rude behaving expect one room boy called sanam.after that they give me a bill of rs 70 for having two extra egg omelettes which we dont have.anyway i pay rs 70 for that we dont ate.please dont go to this hotel for even an hour stay.

I have stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. i have had a disgusting experience in many things.
first of all, initially i had done booking for 2 nights, and extended for 1 nights. during booking i had to contact fabhotel customer support for 5 times just confirmation of the booking. coz they have deducted money from the account but did not gave me booking details.
do not get exited by the photos they have posted on website. they have only 2-3 rooms like that. all other rooms are so tiny that after placing the bed there is no space to keep the luggage.
room service is so bad that for just a cup of tea we had to waited for almost an hour every time and the tea also they served was cold all the time. wifi sometimes work and sometimes doesn't work. there is no restaurant in the hotel. the only good thing is the location. but that only there are so many good hotels in this area one can easily find another good hotel in the same price.
in three days the hotel did not even cleaned the room once. there is no toiletries. they just gave one towel for 2 persons and the hotel management did not bother about changing the towel on daily basis. the floor of the room was full of dusts.
overall my suggestion is do not try this hotel unless someone have no other options.
