3 GoodLot of things mentioned in the description are inaccurate. there is no complimentary mineral water. room water must be collected by self from the dispenser on 5th floor. stairs are blocked at 1st floor so only way to move up or down is via elevator. linen is dirty and torn. there is no daily room cleaning and one needs to remind multiple times for doing a cleanup. cleaning is limited to once in 24 hours. hotel wifi is pathetic and i used my mobile hotspot. there is no inhouse restaurant and they get the orders from the nearby restaurant 100 mts away. no car parking is available. entire booking amount for stay has to be paid at checkin time. room phone cannot be used to make external calls and neither can someone from outside contact you on room phone. 75% of the time no one picks your call at reception.Shalabh Goel, 21 Apr

5 FabulousService of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.Joginder, 22 Oct

4 Very GoodPros: good and clean rooms, clean linen and courteous staff. nice location and we are having plenty of food options to choose from. tv channels are working and that's a rare thing in bengaluru hotels. complementary water bottles are provided and working intercom is also there. cons: though i have checked in digitally, it is not accepted and have to it afresh. only a single charging point is there. need some hangers at the wardrobe.Simon James, 5 Jan
