1 AverageWorst hotel, rude employees. they have rules which are different from all other hotels. claim that the rules is based on hotel association which is false. charge huge amount for poor quality rooms. untidy bedsheets. no proper hot water facility. moneyminded hotel employees. dint provide tv access unless asked. the guy in reception was terribly rude. took the whole stay payment when we checked-in itself, as if we will run away without paying the amount while we check-out. never saw such money minded worst hotel anywhere.Samhita Shivkumar, 28 Aug

1 AverageWorst experience,,, we will never room in thishotel . we booked room for 2 days through online booking..we want to cancel that booking for 1day...the person sitting in the front office is not at allfriendly..... he just sitting and taking payments.... when asking for cancellation he is telling to call the call centre.... that call centre waiting time is 30 min... just wasting time sitting in the front desk.... no one is answering... and if we want to cancel we need to pay 4700...horrible...its our choice to cancel the booking.... the call centre is a total waste.... the person sitting in the front office is never friendly.. worst guy.. worst service....Annapoorna Pemmaraju, 14 Aug

3 GoodThough i liked the stay considering the proximity to my destination, few issues really concerned me were : 1. dangling tap in the washbasin 2. commode can be maintained much more cleanly 3. dustbin should have been cleared 4. set top box missing - so no tv. it was said that set top box would be arranged in 10 mins, but it never happened.Venu, 23 Aug
