The staff doesn’t know what respect means. rooms were stinky and insects were all over the room

Very poor service, mismanagement by manager, charged extra for early check-in, not provided water , ac , tv and wifi nothing is working available only namesake,just to customers and to take photos, food service is not available, you have to walk for tea also. the delivery service provided by hotel management is very costly.

Not the greatest experience. full payment was demanded upon arrival at 11pm. i had tried to cancel breakfast but were unhelpful. on my second and last day, i did not receive my breakfast on time due to the manager still being asleep at 9am, therefore didn't wake up the chef. i'd asked for it for lunch before i left which they got from outside. quality of food was very poor. the pictures and descriptions on their website are not true the actual hotel itself so beware before booking. i would find somewhere else next time

I like the room and the staff is very polite and helpful specially when you are firstcomer and later also.i dont feel i am away from home when i am actually away from home. in my view this is the best room i ever stayed for the price paid . 10 out of 10 from my side.

Place is comfortable and good location, hotel is beautiful with great staff, everybody will make your stay comfortable and feel like home, you don't have to wait for anything, everything is there.. i loved it, if get time, will definitely stay as long as i can. ))

Rooms were a good size and nicely furnished. it was very quiet, barely any noise from outside except for the occasional wedding nearby. the bed was excellent quality, i slept well the whole trip. also as a solo female traveler, i felt very safe and comfortable.
