"We stayed for two days in a premium room, but it was quite disappointing. The room was less spacious, and essentials like toiletries weren’t properly stocked. The bedsheet was tore and stains, and the bath towel seemed old. No one came to clean the room on the second day. Basic amenities like tea, sugar, and coffee packets were not provided. Some areas of the room had visible cracks, which was disappointing. Although breakfast was satisfactory, the overall experience with room cleanliness and maintenance did not meet expectations."

"It's in some remote place. Kitchen opens at 8, closes by afternoon. Then open in evening. Early morning no tea coffee, afternoon no tea coffee, nothing nearby to walk over and have tea coffee, food. Have walk far. Bed sheets could be cleaner. Cannot get extra pillow if u want. Will not go back to this place."

"The most pathetic experience for anyone. Do not book this hotel, they are going to harrass you. Unhygienic rooms and zero hospitality. They charged me extra for 1 day when I did not stay for that day and over that they also made me wait for an hour post my check-in time to assign the room. The lobby is on 1st floor they did not help me bring my luggage from the main road till the lobby I had to climb stairs with my luggage by myself. In my 1 weeks stay they kept on reversing the same bedsheet, they did not clean the room for 3 continuous days, they did not give me water bottles for 3 continuous days, worst hygiene ever. Because of an urgent work I had to extend my booking for 3 more days which was paid and confirmed via goibibo portal. They denied my extended check-in and forced me to checkout from the room in the last minute when I was heading to my office, despite of the fact that I already had a fully paid and confirmed booking with their hotel from goibibo for 3 extended days. They stated that they have ended tie-ups with online booking portals. The staff and the hotel owners are extremely unprofessional they do not have etiquette to deal with and talk to the customers. The hotel owner harassed me over the phone stating that he will throw my luggage out of the room and keep it in lobby if I dnt checkout inspite of me having a paid confirmed room booking. A perfect scam I must say. I am a frequent traveller but I must say this booking was the worst selection ever. Do not fall prey of this hotel. Try to refrain from booking this hotel."

"After reaching hotel.they informed the A/C is not working, which is still ok because they told upfront and gave me a small discount for that...but inside room TV is also not working which they couldn't fix at all...I spent 2 days without the TV in the room feeling alone.. Service is good, hospitality is good, rooms are near and clean."

I booked via MakeMyTrip and got a room for 1000 rs less. Receptionist said AC is not working for the whole building due to thunderstorm which seemed funny. Room was so dusty that I was coughing whole night. Floor was sticky sticky. -Room no 309 (Oct 18th 24 checkin)"

"Pathetic experience, I am rightly punished for going for a cheap place for once. Couldn't even find the bloody place in the night, and the reception is more like a Tier-2 town B-grade manager, forget professional, language or training. Customer service rep tried to help but wasn't fully competent to understand things or give right or effective guidance even though I don't know what he could have realistically done. The room and bathroom and stuff - oh man, it will leave a mark and be in my nightmares for a while."

"Our stay at this place was not pleasant. As soon as we entered the room 102, we found a lizard and there were cockroaches under the telephone and in the bathroom. Also there were no pillows provided and we had to request and get it. We came to know the in house restaurant was not functioning since COVID but the website did not have this information. The reception staff were not ready to accept our feedback and were only defensive saying they always maintain cleanliness which was not the case during our stay. They cleaned the room the next day only after we complained. The bathroom had broken locks and the screws were coming out, the wash basin strainer was broken and the taps and other fittings were rusty and in poor condition. The place had not at all been maintained properly. We will not stay here next time unless there is some improvement."

The worst place ever one can stay.. miserable place miserable staff.. miserable room.. photos shown online are like 3-4 years old and the room is full of insects, cockroaches, bedbugs and what not.. just bad isn't sufficient to explain this.. advice to others never stay here.. one is charging more that 2400 and giving a dharamshala kind of service.. no infact worse than that.. beddings have bedbugs.... "What a rude behaviour and no humanity for the person whoever is operating from reception, the person who is more worried about having food and not let the Zomato person go inside and deliver the order. When my friend has booked a room for their parents, the reception person says to wait until he finishes his dinner rather than letting him deliver the order! What kind of a decorum is this? Who treats a guest that too when they have paid for the accommodation? He is behaving like he is doing a favor free of cost?! Please management take care of this or else you will lose your name for their actions and behaviour!"
