1 AverageDear all people fab hotel express shree ram adhhar in ayodhya is one of the worst & dirty hotel never seen . by posting photos of this hotel, they have cheated the customer we fel i’ll due to un hygiene premises of this hotel . it’s not a hotel, it’s an old house, just modified and cheating the customer’s .no cross ventilation all rooms are of closed area. continue in page 2…Sailendra Batchu, 27 Oct

1 AverageThird class hotel, in isolated place, went there, but did not stay.was mentioned it is a 3-star hotel with lift etc, but nothing was there. i booked this for my elderly parents who cannot walk upstairs only because they mentioned it has lift, but again cheating on their part. moreover they charged 3200 for the same room, but the same room was given given at 600-700 rs to other people. was told by the owner of the hotel that we are affiliated with fab hotels, if we had contacted him directly, he would have given the room in 600-700 rs. when contacted fab hotels customer care and informed them about this cheating, they did not do anything and evn they did not refund the amount paid online. pure cheating. avoid booking this hotel onlineVishal Mahajan, 20 Oct

1 AverageThis was my worst experience in my life. we were bluffed by the company feb express to define it as best hotel but we were thrown in worst guest house. rooms very small, no almara, no ventilation, no telephone, no bell in or out to call, nothing like dining hall. worst breakfast, no fountain in bathroom, what to say more no-no. we asked for refund of advance paid, they stated big no. we could do nothing but to pass time. however staff attended well. we would like to take matters to higher authority & lodge fir for bluffing. we were 10 members. er o p anand & others.Om P Anand, 15 Oct
