I didn't got shower gel even bottle not provided wifi was given when i asked which was not working at all. tv setup box recharge was expired. i booked this hotel in advance first time in my life but i think you really need to improve. it made my experience terrible.

The location of the property was great . it was easy to excess & was far from the crowded area . parking of car was available. over all food , ambiance & service was great. love to visit again with family.

Loved it. the hotel is very clean at a good location, with very friendly and professional staff. great breakfast and a comfortable bed round off the perfect stay!

Room is small but service is good. food is also good but prices are also good but they do not have aluminum foil to wrap the chapatis which causes them to get hard so fast so i am giving 3 stars for room and food. location is also not good. the roads are flooded with water and there are open electrical transformer which scares me everytime i go outside in rainy day. additionally they do not have any service to get the visitors to the golden temple. if they start the service on paid basis then they can get brownie points. rest it was a good stay.

Food was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful. due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. same was provided promptly without any extra charge. good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian
