1 AverageVery disappointing hotel. bedding was greying and needed replacing. did not appear clean although we were assured it wss. shower was poor and the shower head was dirty. the dining room picture on the website is very old - although the same room, clearly nothing (including crockery) has been replaced since those photos were taken! air conditioning was controlled from the reception desk so you had to call if you want it turned on. if you then turned it off you had to call again in the middle of the night to have it turned back on. the staff were very helpful but the hotel itself has not been maintained and requires a lot of work to make it look like it does in the photos on the website. staff are clearly doing their best but are fielding complaints - the hotel owner needs to invest some money to return the standard to that pictured.Manpreet Kaur, 15 Oct

1 AverageWe stayed at this hotel, we were very disappointed, the bedding was very dirty. fan was noisy - made a constant ticking noise. could not control the ac from the room, had call the reception desk but the phone in the room wasn't working. asked for tea in the bed room - the cup was chipped and very dirty. dining room on the website looks beautiful but it was very dirty. staff were great - polite and helpful. the disappointing review was not their fault - the owner needs to invest in the hotel to make it look like it does in the photosBindi Kaur, 15 Oct

3 GoodThis has to be the worst experience ever! i'm an extensive traveller, both domestically and internationally. to begin with, the hotel name is wrongly mentioned...it's tammana and not the golden temple paradise. this is a kind of collab/outsourcing. thankfully, google still takes you the right place but then you keep hunting for the golden temple paradise hotel. not one cab/auto driver knows this hotel. we spent more than an hour trying to contact and locating the hotel as it was 3 in the morning and we were scouting the streets looking for the which according to fab hotels should be unmissable. i've no clue what's fab hotels' role in this whole process of booking. guess, they are just booking associates. the hotel staff had no clue of the booking. having said the above, the rooms are good and clean and breakfast is made to order, which was not bad at all. the hotel needs to work on its visibility and service. they can be great in a couple of years.Purnima Awasthi, 28 Apr

1 AverageHello we stayed in fab hotels golden temple paradise, amritsar on 18 jul 24 till 20 jul 24. the day we checked in ,it was very difficult to find the hotel, no proper guidance to reach and we were rounding at the same place. if the name is fab hotels golden temple paradise, then we will be looking for the same when we check the hotels. the actual name of the hotel was hotel astar of fab hotels. we are not happy at all. finally room was provided. bedsheet was very dirty, room was dirty. stains on the walls. bathroom was clean but shower had water flow everywhere. we were very hungry and ordered simple veg noodles of rs 175 and veg manchurian of rs 200 change. we were shocked to see the quantity of the food. not sufficient even for 1 person. attached the food quantity. we are not at all happy with the hotel. we will never recommend fab hotels to any of our friends and families.Sajitha Sakthidharan, 22 Jul

1 AverageWe have opted for free breakfast in buffet but wha we got is only single paratha and tea for one person there was not buffet system available at hotel. they chrged us extra for each ad every meal we had there. futher hotel was in different name as mentioned in fab hotel site which was not visible at the hotel site. it was very difficult to find this hotel. there was always a iasue with air conditioner as it was being controlled by the hotel staff from their office. only good thing about this hotel is that it is located very near to golden temple but ao is other hotels. i will not recommend this to anyone. could hae had another hotel by paying 500 extra bucksNiraj, 9 Sep
