"Dear Fab Team, I would like to bring to your kind and urgent attention following points that have caused great discomfort to me at Hotel Imperial House at Prayagraj. - when I arrived at 3:00 am at night, I was informed that since the deluxe room is not available and they are upgrading me to a premium room - pls see the pics (attached) of the furniture and bathroom of this premium room - despite calling and informing the reception (at least 10 hours before my late night arrival) I did not get an electric kettle - after many requests when I finally did get electric kettle, I was given paper cups to drink hot water!!.pics attached - in the morning, I was informed that the geezer of the premium room is not working.the have asked me to heat the water in the electric kettle!!! - I was also informed that the promised new room is also not ready - in the bathroom of the premium room, there is no window!!!.its freezing cold inside the bathroom!! - the smell of the dirty water ducts creeping into the room is simply over-poweringits so smelly that its like breathing in a trash-yard!!! I feel that this is not just the carelessness of the hotel owner it is also the carelessness of FabHotels team. Clearly, FabHotels team does not have any idea about the ground-realities and the torture that clients like us have to face. I cant understand why and how FabHotels has selected this hotel!! My humble and urgent request is that I should be shifted to another Fabhotel or money should be refunded back to me. If i dont receive any support then I shall be forced to take extreme action that could not only damage the brand of FabHotels but also invite strict legal action."

"Not a pleasant stay Cockroaches in the room Service very poor Staff not at all co-operative No gyser, no hot water facility At the time of booking they assured that when you will ask you will be provided hot water but when required after asking so many times they provide one bucket of hot water They don't provide you AC remote all the time when entering your room you to ask to switch on the AC at the reception The phone they provided in the room didn't work so if you any complaint you have to go personally at the reception because after asking many times the staff didn't co-operate The owner of the hotel is rude & didn't accept his mistakes AC all the times keep on switching off when asked they give excuses that there is power failure but what kind of power failure is that all the lights & fan is working properly but AC is not Overall horrible experience to stay in the hotel."

"I recently stayed and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. This made our stay quite uncomfortable. **Room Conditions:** Upon arrival, our room was not clean. It was dusty and appeared to have been neglected. This was very disappointing and added to our discomfort during our stay. **Overall Experience:** This experience left my family and me feeling frustrated and unhappy. We were expecting a pleasant stay, but instead, it turned out to be quite painful due to the lack of attention to cleanliness and service. In conclusion, I strongly advise potential guests to reconsider staying at this hotel. Our experience was disappointing, and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through the same situation. Room was clean Bathroom was neat and tidy If you're a couple looking for a hotel room that's decent has a quite environment it's okay If your expectations are that of 4star hotel room then probably you should book a 4star hotel Overall check-in experience was good For staying it's a nice place...."

"1. Location is not good. Hotel is near a busy root and only kabadkhana nearby. 2. Rooms are too small and old. Owner havs tried to renovate, but still it looks old. 3. Own restaurant is not available. Food is provided by hotel from outside. Else you need to walk a km for fooding. Online food services are available. 4. Construction work is going on in hotel, which is very disturbing. 5. Hotel manager and staff are cooperative. 6. They do not change bedsheets and towels everyday. 1lt water bottle they give complementary. Rest chargable. 7. Price seems high. Rs 1000 worth. Definitely not a 3 star hotel. Not a Fab quality of hotel."

"One of the worst hotel I have ever seen in my life. Services are also bad. All the service person are their behaving badly They also give threat to their tourists/Customer. When you book room they show one good room but when after you reach their in hotel the rooms are not clean, bathroom also, In bathroom flush is not working. Lift also they closed in afternoon and in night after 10pm.Ac also in night they off after you sleep around 1pm & told you like current is not here like that...."

"Very small room. Comode sit broken and kept on floor. Telephone not working. No hangers in cup board. Bathroom mug dirty. No hot water. Only one towel provided for 2 persons. No drinking water glass available. Front desk attendant was rude. Early check in problem. After lot of request they agreed on payment of extra Rs. 800/-. Worst stay in my life.."

"Rooms are old, but renovated and not in good condition. Also very small and not as per shown in pics. Construction work is going on inside the hotel, which is very disturbing. Hotel located in a crowded place and nearby kabad khana are there. I trusted on Fab group. And Fab group should keep the trust of his customer. They should check their quality assessment system. Not recommended those who are going prayagraj for pilgrimage purpose."

"We had booked three rooms online in the same hotel. We checked in and came early in the morning. We couldn't see the rooms also The staff was reluctant to provide any rooms at the early hours. We were asked to wait till 12 Noon at chek in time .Ultimately there was no option left for us except to look for other hotel. Thy didn't refund the amount already paid at the time of booking online through credit card. The staff was uncooperative."
