I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. i had a reservation (booked a month in advance)that was confirmed, but just hours before my stay, i made a call to the hotel to inform them i will be checking in late, that's when the owner told me that he can't proceed with this booking. to make matters worse, when i tried to resolve the issue, i was told i would need to pay extra if i wanted a room at the last minute. this kind of service is completely unacceptable, and i feel completely misled and taken advantage of. i would never recommend this hotel to anyone based on this frustrating experience.

Never ever book this hotel for anything. we made the mistake of booking them. had made our reservations a month in advance of travelling and on the day of arrival, just few hours before we reached the hotel they demanded extra money and threatened to cancel our booking. us, a group of girls were left with no option to stay at midnight. we booked via agoda and the owner at the last moment said that they are unable to accommodate us and left us stranded on the road. we tried communicating with fabhotel and agoda customer care as well but in vain. worst experience. do not ever book them

Despite having a confirmed reservation, they canceled my booking just a few hours before check-in. that left me scrambling for alternatives. the lack of communication was particularly frustrating. i only found out about the cancellation when i called to confirm my arrival time. this is not the kind of service i expected, especially when making plans far in advance. the owner and fab hotel representatives were extremely rude. gave no solutions whatsoever. would not recommend this place to anyone

Scammers and cheaters!!!! i strongly advise against booking this hotel. we booked 2 rooms here, a room a month in advance, but just a few hours before our arrival, they demanded additional payment and told us they do not have rooms. this was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. avoid this hotel at all costs.

Worst hotel stay ever – avoid at all costs! i recently stayed at this hotel, and i have to say, it was one of the worst experiences i’ve ever had. i genuinely regret booking this place and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
