1 AverageWorst experience with apollo hotel, staff behaviour was very rude & no ventilation in their room and we have booked deluxe room and there was so much sound in their room from the highway and i have asked for changing the room so they denied and asked about extra charges 600/ day for changing the room and no amenities were their in the rooms and yes at last worst experience they want money whenever i order food instead of checkout . i have paid 3500rs on app and 1200 for silent room and why the hotel is listed as 4 star rating.Pragya Bodh, 21 Jan

3 GoodThe room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. they were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. the hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.Sadab Urf Golu, 26 Sep
