Booked on fabhotel but reception asked for extra money before giving room. they won't honor fabhotel price. after paying extra the room was given with dirty linen. bedsheets and pillow cases were clearly used. they changed the linens when asked.

Considerable place to stay at budget price. room i stayed was good and location is ideal. service however was poor and quantity of breakfast was too little. attitude of the owner was not supportive. still though, wouldn't mind staying here again in future, just for the sake of convenient location, parking facility and a new construction.

Hotel management or franchise owner is not professional since he dont want to adhere to the norms of fab hotel. despite prior booking of specific room, it was not allotted to us. also room and washroom was in messy condition. there was no fab branding or signage for people to identify hotel. better to avoide and look for other better option.
