1 AverageIt's completely bad experience with fabexpress a1 residency ahmedabad. after reaching early, i made a request of early check in, but instead reception person told me all the rooms are already booked and i will have to make another arrangements as he don't have any single room available. i had already paid 25% advance at the time of online booking. i requested him, as i was having my 5 year old daughter with me. but he denied to provide room. after lots of arguments and after connecting him with fab customer care, suddenly the unavailable room got available. this means room was available but he lied to me. after the call, he showed us one room which was too much dirty. litter everywhere and spitting of gutka and pan. the photos available on fab website are completely different from actual room. rooms are not clean. even during my half an hour wait time at recption, i heard 2 complaints from the person who were staying there already -1. water was not available in boothroom, 2. the geyser was not workingSuvarna Jadhav, 27 May
