"Very bad experience. Rooms were smelling of cigratte smoke. Bothroom was very small. We wanted to cancel one night as my family was not comfortable with the cigratte smoke smell. But we were not allowed to cancel. We paid the full money but vacated and moved to another hotel for the second night. First mistake was that i should have cancelled this booking when the hotel was changed from my original booking. I lost money but learnt a lesson ."

"I booked a room with booking.com. Then I got an email from the hotel that I shall pay some prepayment, what I did. When I arrived the staff told me, as a foreigner I'm not allowed to get a room there (governmental rules). After that I wanted my prepayment back. I contacted their customer service. They were not paying me back that money. Only booking.com eventually compensated me, which I appreciate very much. But even they did not get any reply from the hotel."

"Hotels are quite different than shown in pictures. Tried to rescheduled in different hotel. After lot of drama had to stay in same hotel. FabHotel customer service didn’t pick the call until the issue was resolved between me and hotel and they didn’t refund my booking charges. Better avoid, just another aggregar trying to mint money from both travellers and hotel"

"I actually don't give reviews , but I thought give for this hotel because some other person should not go through what I went , So I have booked this hotel online and paid online and I went to check in @ 11:00pm, there the receptionist who was there made me wait for 10min , just to tell rooms are not available ..go and talk to customer care....these are the exact words he spoke ...I was right infront of him since 10min and he didnt say anything. So then I contacted customer care , they told me handover phone to hotel receptionist...I gave....and receptionist told them...."from yesterday I am asking you to give offline paid booking, y are you sending only online paid booking, send offline then only I will accept" this are words he spoke to customer care inspite of room availability he didn't give , and the customer care executive rechanged my hotel to different location which is 1.5 km away ....and this all happened at 11:00pm....there are two more , people infront who has just gone through this and waiting for customer care executive to re-change the hotel....."

"Pathetic Hotel. Do not fool people by showing good pictures and fake reviews at Google. The real picture is very different. First of all the area.. it's not easy to find the hotel. No sign board of Fab Hotel. Building is very dirty. Area not safe for women. No security guards. Rooms are very dirty, full of bad and cigarette smokes. I don't know why Fab Hotel never investigate these kind of hotels."

"On booking website the name is shown as 'Fab hotel Galaxy' but in reality it is ' Hotel Galaxy OYO'. So after reaching the destination, it's very difficult to decide whether you are at right hotel. "please avoid this third class looter Hotel.They are totally fraud and just looting to innocent customer in name of beside Riverfront. Have booked deluxe Room and by mistake at time of booking the number of Guest got selected as 1 as it was default(although we were Couple) and paid Rs 950. But when I earlier called the Fab Customer care before checkin they told yes it's fine as you booked Delux room. But on Checkin date the Receptionist started argument and showing his rudeness..started telling that you have to pay charges for 1 extra person I.e Rs 400.(can understand that for 1 extra person he can charge ,but Rs 400..when I Checked online it is Rs1140-950=Rs190 not 400..he charged Rs 210 extra) and also the as have checked 3 hrs before on him he charged 300. So total extra have paid Rs 510.(Feeling Cheated) He taken the Fully advantage of our one simple mistake and also he(Receptionist)was so rude and spoil our entire Trip .As we were just travelled on that day and were totally tiered ...So just given him Money,but the way the Receptionist treated us that spoiled our entire trip day and Plan. The most strange part is the even Feb Customer care person is also telling that its not in my hand and he(Receptionist) at hotel can charge anything.. Please avoid this hotel if you have respect yourself and love your Money. As they don't having simple ethics to deal with Customer. Total he charged me for 1 not stay(950+700=Rs 1650) FRAUD ! LOOTER ! ILLETRATE RECEPTIONIST"
