Staff was too rude.they overcharged me . didn't give complementary water bottle for free . overcharged me

Hotel nahi randikhana hai! dangerous for couples and families. below listed are serious concerns. 1) extremely loud rev parties from 7 pm to the whole night, men bringing in multiple women (probably prostitutes) in rooms and halls for these parties. 2) if you ask them to close down on music at midnight, they will fight with you and your family. we threatened to call the police, but they kept banging on our doors and opening our doors at 1:30am, we couldn't sleep the whole night. 3) rooms are pathetic. washrooms had used condoms lying around, nothing was cleaned, and the toilet was soiled. they cleaned up the toilet but nothing else. room floors were dirty. you can't even walk with your socks on it. it was that dirty. the ac/warmer didn't work. they couldn't turn it on. 4) bedsheets and blankets, everything smelled bad and were stained. we changed thrice, but no luck. 5) when it's foggy outside, the water from windows comes down to the full room. 6) room smelled terribly when we entered it, like something had died inside. they used a room freshner after our complaint, and they didn't even provide new soaps. we used our own. 7) breakfast is given post 9 am. so if you're planning to tour the city early, it's useless. don't spend money here. 8) pathetic staff, all were involved with miscreants, totally non-responsive, useless morons. first and last fab-hotel, worst ever experience!

The location is wrong. the hotel gave a sense of insecurity. the crowd that was usually visiting the hotel was indecent. the service by the staff was fine though.

“pathetic property : stay away” listing down the below pointers: 1) the property is in the middle of nowhere. there are no shops and buildings nearby the hotel. it is totally deserted. 2) when i checked into the room, it was very dirty, bathroom pots were soiled. it seemed like the room was not cleaned for months. 3) the receptionist showed us 3 other rooms but all of them were in same condition as that of the first room i.e. dirty, soiled bathrom pots, noisy bed springs, dirty kettle, dusty chairs, no stb attached to tv. 4) i checked out of the hotel within 1 hour and found another good hotel. 5) the owner lokesh agarwal refused to refund the booking amount.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and i have mixed feelings about my experience. while the food was quite good, the overall condition of the rooms left much to be desired. the room i stayed in was in need of some serious maintenance, on top of that, the online location provided was incorrect, which made finding the hotel a frustrating experience. despite the tasty food, i would hesitate to recommend this hotel due to the subpar room conditions and location inaccuracies.

If i say it is dharamshala standard then it would be not wrong. a pathetic rooms as well as services. i had shift in 3rd room as there were issue like faulty flush, damage bed gadda etc in rooms. all over dirty balcony , slow service etc, however owner was trying to corporate but still standard was very low at least not worth for rs. 2000 or above.
