"We booked rooms from oyo nd when we reached here they told us we don't have any tie up with oyo...as oyo is transferred rupees after some time to the hotel owners and you directly need to book from us..so basically they want customer from oyo but after reaching there they will tell you that we don't have any tie ups with oyo...nd waste your precious time by canceling your bookings from oyo and as oyo also don't respond quickly they also spend more than 1 hrs to solve the issue....really upset nd useless service....highly not recommended...Don't go.."

"Rooms are not same as shown in the picture. Property is very old and need maintenance. Only the staff member is good and very much polite. Otherwise the condition of the rooms are very poor, even we booked superior double the rooms and bathroom is too much small."

"Wifi was not working, poor facilities, bad accommodation ,we reached at 01:00 am ,they provided another room with extra 600 rupees charge,we requested them to kindly shift us into our room although the room was empty but they denied. Their intention was to make more money by offering as a Non-AC room for 600 for 12hrs."

"I recently stayed at FabHotel Golden Wings, and my experience was generally pleasant. The hotel's location was convenient, and the staff were courteous and helpful. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth, and the amenities provided were satisfactory. However, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. While the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained, the overall tidiness of the room could have been better. Despite this, I appreciated the hotel's efforts to provide a comfortable stay and the service was prompt. To take it to the next level, I suggest the hotel focuses on enhancing room cleanliness and attention to detail."

"1) Small in fact very small rooms. No place to keep your luggage. 2) You have to ask for any basic facilities like water or even a towel which we are supposed to get when you check in. 3) Empathy is zero, for a little extended stay (that too when you don't have an arrival), you were asked for more than the price, you paid through online TA. 4) Cleanliness and hygiene - 0, towels stained, bedsheet stained, pillows stained, balcony dirty, Geyser broken, tabs with no pressure or need cleaning. 5) Attendant is a good person but again has his limitations to help. 6) Tea service you can get but for food you need to look options outside or on Zomato or someother online food delivery."

"Nothing is good in this hotel. We booked a premium room 15 - 20 days ago through fabhotel site but when we reached the give us deluxe room and when we asked them to change they offered another deluxe room with a window......when we said them that we booked a premium room then why they are giving deluxe room.....then they said that's a premium room We talked to the fabhotel executives as well They also agreed with us that the room they are giving is not a premium room but nothing changed because of that we faced a lot of problems as we canceled our room and booked room in other hotel that was very hectic for us bcz at that time no rooms are available in hotel. Fabhotel executives are also not picking our calls. Every time we call a new executive picks the call and we were explaining the problem again and again. Executives talk to the hotel only twice they are also not making efforts to solve our problem. When we asked the executives to refund the booking amount they did not agree on this as well......they said that it's not a big issue and bcz of that they'll not refund any amt......after alot of conversation they are ready to return only 50% of the booking amount. Recommend not to book this hotel or from the fabhotel..... highly disappointed with the hotel and the fabhotel executives."
