Wifi was not working, poor facilities, bad accommodation ,we reached at 01:00 am ,they provided another room with extra 600 rupees charge,we requested them to kindly shift us into our room although the room was empty but they denied. their intention was to make more money by offering as a non-ac room for 600 for 12hrs.

Room and service was good. staff was helpful.. we had a very early check-in at 5 pm and the owner was helpful and understanding in that situation.

The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. they were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. the hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.
