    "Wrist experience ever in any fab hotel. Rooms are very dirty and not properly cleaned,very old rooms.Rooms are not even worth it for even Rs 500/- for one night. Staff was not responsive..for anything I will have to ask them 3-4 times. Very bad service"

    "Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything."
