"Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything."

The experience was pretty good despite being a budget property I found it a very good hotel to stay at because of good location with huge parking area, nicely maintained rooms,better service, quality food and most importantly just on the road side of National Highway. A few kilometres away from Srinagar Airport."

We arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. "Food was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful in my Hotel. Due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. Same was provided promptly without Any extra charge. Good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian"
