"The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. Staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. They were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. The hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk."

"Had a very bad experience. I went there on a vacation with my family. The room was not good. The bed sheets, pillow covers and the blankets were all dirty. Going there is just wastage of money. The location is totally different from that mentioned in the Google Maps. There is no market or any kind of restaurant near by. The location is very isolated. Very poor service, television is just hanged on the wall for show purpose. Felt extremely disheartened."
