"Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Hassle We stayed at this hotel during our trip to Pune, and unfortunately, it wasn’t a pleasant experience. The location is about half a kilometer from the main road, but the road leading to the hotel is in terrible condition, filled with stones that damaged our car. I’d strongly recommend avoiding this place if you’re traveling by car. Initially, they quoted ₹2200 for the room, but we managed to negotiate it down to ₹1700. The room itself was just okay, and the building seemed decent with some greenery and pleasant music playing in the lift. They had promised a complimentary breakfast, but it was never provided during our two-day stay. To make matters worse, there was no driking water available, which was highly inconvenient. The bed was extremely hard, ruining our sleep, especially after a long day exploring Lonavala. Additionally, the restroom fan wasn’t working, making our stay uncomfortable. To top it off, the listing on MakeMyTrip showed this place as "Majestic Rooms," but when we searched for it on the map, it took us to a completely different location, delaying our trip by over an hour. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and this hotel needs serious improvements in terms of comfort, service, and accuracy in its listings."

"Hotel is great. I have already stayed there twice now in the month of September (total 10 days) and going back again soon. Rooms are clean and well kept. Location is great since it's close to my place of work and staff very helpful. All in all a comfortable stay so far. Would definitely recommend to any visitors coming to Manjari. Also lot of options for restaurants and eateries around this hotel. And if you travelling by your own vehicle, there is ample parking available in the basement."

"Great hotel experience! The rooms were clean and affordable, with an amazing outside view. However, there was no kitchen for dining options, so we had to order from outside. But that wasn't a problem for me though. Conveniently located near Eon IT Park, it’s a solid choice for budget travelers. Would definitely recommend!"

"Worst experience ever, front desk receptionist is a extortion specialist, he extorted over 2000 Rs saying its a charge for the visitors, we were working on a project and had a visitor, front desk charged us 500 Rs for the 1 hour visit and kept insisting that no visitors are allowed after 10:00 PM, when asked to show the rule written in the policy he was blank and started threating us, surprisingly this policy of charging 500 for one hour visitor is not mentioned anywhere from all the booking portal to the internal hotel policy, still we had to pay, we kept asking where is the policy written, he said its my policy pay it else we will not let you leave. On top of it Room condition was really bad with the seepage and lizards roaming in the house and bathroom, seepage was really bad in the shared pics, I have been staying in service apartments since 10 years due to working from different locations, but never came across to this bizarre situation ever, front desk guy was extremely rude and threating, my project time was over 3 weeks but looking at this attitude we immediately checked out"

"One of the worst hotels. The hotel was totally unsafe. There was so security guard. Upnext we already had put up we will be requiring late checkout, the person on the reception disagreed to it. Although we received the mail earlier from fab hotels stating that our request is approved. There was no restaurant in the hotel, they said the breakfast is included. In the morning they sent us stale idli sambar in the room for breakfast which was tasteless and cold. The hygiene in the hotel was poor. Bedsheets, mattress and even the towels were dirty. The water from the taps was dirty. We said the reception guy, he was smiling shamelessly. Why is the rating even 3 star when the actual condition of the hotel is not even one star to be rated?. Again a pathetic experience with the fab hotels group. Not recommended at all for any type of visit or with any group of people."

"The rooms are okay. They don’t have basic things. They don’t have electric kettles, their set top box connection was deactivated so Tv was of no use. They tried to charge me for a bottle of bisleri when in fact on the booking page it said “free water”. It is pathetic. I don’t know why they charged me extra 500 rupees for early checkin, when they had the room empty. This was the main thing that put me off."
