"I was here on my work trip.... After a busy schedule, I thought I will have a good sleep and rest. But the hotel and their management was terrible & horrible... TV was not working ( almost all channels ), Ac was not working well, the temperature of their Ac was been set on theirs own. The bedsheets was a mess with lot of stain on it... And many more.... Can't even describe in words... Wanted to abuse the owner. Cozzz even he did co-operated properly.... I don't even want to give this hotel a 1 review.. it should be -0."

"The rooms are very basic and do not meet the standards shown in the pictures on the FAB website. The furniture is too old and need repair urgently. The bedsheets and pillows were stained and smelled unpleasant. The bed is very old and caused back pain, so serious updates are needed. The overall experience is very bad pathetic hotel stay."

"The rooms are very smelly and dirty. Similarly the bathroom was also pathetic, not advisable for anyone to book and stay otherwise your Goa trip mood will deteriorate. It is even lower than the standard of Oyo. So not recommended to anyone even if you are getting it free of cost. This hotel should be delisted with the immediate effect from the Fab hotels."

"Nice Hotel at Porvorim for stay in north goa, bagha beach is 10 km far , calungute beach is 8 km far, panjim is 5 km far, dambolim airport is 28 km far, mopa airport is 30 km far, so if you will visit north goa ,you will stay here for long time , such a nice place and wonderful and very humble staff, I like it this hotel in Porvorim for stay ,"

"The room issue was resolved fast but the other room also had wash basin drain issue and no complimentary water bottles were kept or the hot water kettle and other stuffs just towel and a soap that's it.....
