3.6 GoodWhat was bad- unfortunately the booking and payment done for two days 1st to 3rd february was not reflected in the system of receptionist eventhough i had made online payment on 1st february. i heard the manager talking to another staff that i would be kicked out. i had a horrible time. i called them to my room and showed the sms i had received on 1st february which clearly stated that my booking was for two days and money was deducted from my account. then it took a long waiting time to get in touch with febhotel through phone twice to clear the matter. i had to waste lot of time and my mood was spoiled. i am sorry. unprofessional approach of the manager. and i had already been occupying the room for four days and regularly booked and paid my money for this hotel. please check the records. not a good experience.Dkumar Kumar, 1 Feb

4 Very GoodWhen we walked into the hotel we were immediately given a warm welcome which was particularly nice after travelling so far. our room was very comfortable. the restaurant was superb and the staff could not do enough for us. food was very good and the choice was amazing.Shahid Ahmed Kureshi, 4 Sep
