I was informed that online bookings were not accepted and that a 500 surcharge applied. As entry was denied otherwise, and an advance payment had already been made, I was compelled to pay the remaining balance in cash, plus the 500 surcharge. Please investigate this matter with your staff and take appropriate disciplinary action.

Room was tottaly different from what was shown in the pics and when confronted at the front desk they were like yes it is what it is

Terrible experience I faced, bedsheet was not cleared, provided towel was not cleared, there are many mosquitoes around into the room, they don't have proper ventilation or even exhaust fan in the washroom.

It was the worst ...... experience than ever. Cockroach,rat and very very bad smell was coming from every where inside the hotel's rooms. Lift was not working and even cleaning was also not proper. I just stayed because it was booked online and done payment so I had no option. You can imagine if somewhere's condition is like that then how will it be the food quality. From this day I "ll naver stay in Fab Hotel in this my whole life and naver will recommend to my colleague or friends to ever stay in Fab hotel.
