Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.
The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully designed, with all the amenities you could need for a relaxing stay. I particularly appreciated the cozy beds and the attention to detail in the room decor, which added a personal touch.
I highly recommend Fab Floyd Hotel to anyone looking for exceptional hospitality and a memorable stay. I cant wait to return on my next trip.
Really loved the room.. pretty spacious as compared to rooms of other hotels in similar category. Bathroom was pretty spacious and clean as well.
Food was delicious and portion really big. The owner was very kind, welcoming and helpfull. He helped us to reach hotel, find ATM.
Food was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful. Due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. Same was provided promptly without Any extra charge. Good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian
The air conditioning worked perfectly.. and the air was fresh and clean.. even though there are no windows in the room.
I have stayed at this place in past due to its location in past, hence booked this for my recent holidays from 19th Feb to 9 March and sorry to say this place is getting worst every year. Even though we booked premium room, mattress were very hard not to a hotel standard, no toiletry provided, worst breakfast with no choice (2 bread in Rs200) even they do not have toaster to provide toasted bread. Reception staff not helpful, night receptionist was rather rude and unprofessional. No tea coffee or water bottles per day, Very bad experience overall.
I had a very bad experience from this Hotel as the staff is very rude even they don’t care about customer and hotel commitment. The name is different which showed during booking and actual is different. Out side food doesn’t allowed as they have in-house restaurant which is very dirty and extremely expensive just like star hotel. Considering all these factors board the hotel then checkout within 4 hours due to this reason. I explore in the same location and there are so many options are available with best quality. The location of this hotel is seems like in slum area. I won’t recommend anyone also don’t go by the photos which is available at online portal like booking.com, Agoda etc, actual it’s completely different
One of the worst hotel till date I have visited the room was not cleaned and not same as the photographs the blankets was not clean they don't even have a space for even a bike parking didn't have an AC remote even the menu card was not clean,i recommend everyone not to visit this hotel, they even call in the morning to move the bike from the gate because of parking issue. Dont be fool by looking at the reception area its pols apart from the rooms.
