FabHotel Model Town

I booked fab botel through online through one agents named maheswari... i was directed with location and he send me how hotel will look for outside and all amenities but on reaching i couldn't find the same and when i called him he gave me customer care and all that procedure how i can locate my hotel...... around 1.5 hours took me to actually reach my hotel.... it was named red chilly hotel the hotel was under construction and from outside it didn't look like hotel ... hotel was having no light and dark all around.... when they show us the rooms it was too smelly and dampness on all over the walls and also they said you can get problem at night because of light.. . such a bad experience we have and when we asked for refund so that we can go to a decent hotel they said you will not get refund on cancellation so we left with no choice........ it was around 12 we were just roaming in this hot weather... inspite on booking we faced a lot of problem.....really disappointed with fab hotelshotels. ... they should atleast understand the problem ... i was having my exam the next day..... so tired and room was also not the one which we booked such a disappointment from you was not expected.... i don't think i will again visit your site for future bookings.

Quality of all the food and standard of the restaurant excellent the hotel room facilities excellent.

There staff is extremely polite and highly cultured upto the mark. i really loved the food they served. room were really neat & clean. will definitely visit the property again

Literally amazing, the bed is great, the bathroom is fantastic and the service and location are also wonderful. the food is so so great too . i originally booked 2 nights here but quickly upped my stay to 10 days!

I like the room and the staff is very polite and helpful specially when you are firstcomer and later also.i dont feel i am away from home when i am actually away from home. in my view this is the best room i ever stayed for the price paid . 10 out of 10 from my side.
