I have stayed at this place in past due to its location in past, hence booked this for my recent hol… Read moreI have stayed at this place in past due to its location in past, hence booked this for my recent holidays from 19th feb to 9 march and sorry to say this place is getting worst every year. even though we booked premium room, mattress were very hard not to a hotel standard, no toiletry provided, worst breakfast with no choice (2 bread in rs200) even they do not have toaster to provide toasted bread. reception staff not helpful, night receptionist was rather rude and unprofessional. no tea coffee or water bottles per day, very bad experience overall.
